CHANNEL YOUR LEADERSHIP ENERGY WHERE IT MATTERS
Through coaching, you will be able to pause, think-aloud, and plan how to strategically invest your leadership energy. Masterminding will inspire you with best-practices that move the needle forward, so you can be more intentional and give your energy to what works.
LEVERAGE ENERGY LEADERSHIP IN ALL YOU DO, THINK, AND SAY
Learning about the 7 Energy Leadership Levels will be a game-changer. You will have a new way, a new language for understanding yourself and others. You will have greater control over the attitudes and perceptions that influence your actions. And you will develop a keen sense for understanding how attitudes and perceptions are influencing others. This allows you to understand and effectively meet teachers, students, parents, loved-ones, and anyone where they are.
INCREASE YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Research shows that what distinguishes the best leaders from the majority is their level of emotional intelligence. High emotional intelligence is a critical indicator of success. A recently published dissertation on the Energy Leadership Development Coaching model showed a statistically significant difference in senior managers who partook in the ELD coaching program. The control group, who did not receive any coaching, regressed in emotional intelligence during the course of study.

We know you are busy. Every minute that you invest in this program will buy back hours of your time and a greater quality of life. Exactly, how much will you gain in time, leadership excellence, and quality of life? That will be up to you! What do you want?
This is the structure for each month. The Mastermind group will meet online for 1.5 hours once each month. Your two, one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour each) will be scheduled at your convenience. These will take place via online conference or phone. The remaining 1.5 hours will be for you to use to work on your Energy Leadership Development Plan and to interact with your accountability partner and the group, online. If you are pressed for time, 4 to 5-hours is a good investment. However, if you want more, there is more to choose from!
FOCUS & DEVELOP YOURSELF PERSONALLY
This is a component that is missing from most leadership development programs - focusing on you as a person! In your one-on-one coaching sessions, you will be able to focus and develop any area that matters to you - relationships, health, wellness, making behavior and attitude changes, etc.
LEARN FROM SUCCESS-MINDED PRINCIPALS
You will be developing your excellence alongside other principals (from diverse backgrounds). You will be able to learn from them. How have others dealt with your same struggles? A confidential, supporting, and giving community is powerful!

As you experience true coaching that honors your agenda, that presents empowering questions, that is supportive and non-judgmental, that helps you have a broader view around possibility, that helps you synthesize and get clarity, you will be able to use that modeled approach to have coaching conversations with your teachers, your staff, students, and others.
